Who We Are
About KonAlCo
KonAlCo works very closely with their client to discuss, agree and implement the correct delivery strategy for each individual project as putting in the work with the Client during the very early stages of the Project can make the difference between success and failure for both a financial and time perspective.
Careful analysis of the requirements of the project and accurate pre-construction planning and programming followed by detailed weekly reporting of actual construction progress by our Project Control Managers results in our clients being kept fully up to date with the progress of their Projects.
This allows any problems to be identified and reported up the line as early as possible which allows the Client to take any action required to mitigate or eradicate the unforeseen problem. KonAlCo will continuously focus on monitoring the progress of the delivery strategy which can be altered and or amended to take account of any changes in the Clients requirements which may have an effect on the program and the budget.
The KonAlCo Project Management approach reduces risk and allows projects to be delivered, no matter what stage of the project lifecycle we are appointed. Putting our client’s interests first helps us ensure that we deliver the outcomes that he has prioritized to allow them to move forward with their businesses as they have planned.
The importance of construction management can’t be understated as projects become more and more complex and the budget becomes ever more critical which means close liaison with the Client and the provision of accurate, reliable reporting input from the Project Management Consultant from the start of the Project to close out can be the difference between success and failure.

A construction management project is a complex undertaking. It requires a lot of planning, and the project manager needs to have a clear understanding of the construction process. There are many steps in the construction process. The first step is to find out about the client’s requirements and then come up with an estimate for the cost of the project and its duration. The next step is to prepare an estimation report which includes estimating resources, such as labor, materials, equipment, etc., that will be needed for the project.
The next step is to prepare a work breakdown structure which will divide up all tasks into smaller components so that they can be allocated to different people or teams and each person knows what they are responsible for and when it needs to be completed.
Project management is the process of managing a project from its inception to its completion. It includes a number of tasks, such as defining the scope and objectives of the project, appointing a project team and providing team members with clear roles and responsibilities, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about the progress of the project, monitoring performance against milestones and deadlines, resolving conflicts or problems that arise during the course of the work. The most common form of this type of construction is in office buildings.
Project management for construction fit-outs requires an understanding of how to use building codes to create an environment that meets regulatory requirements.
