Konrad has been living in Abu Dhabi for the last 15 years. Before becoming a partner at KonAlCo he set up a successful Fit out Consultancy firm in 2014. Working for various Interior Fit out companies such as Gemaco and KPS as a BDM and Project Manager, he successfully project managed Emirates College of Technologies AED 20 million refurbishment project and SNC Lavalin’s 3,000 sqm office project in Abu Dhabi.

Konrad has extensive experience advising investors on how to set up large industrial factories, and warehouses and revamps existing plants. His project manages large and medium size oil and gas-related workshops.
Konrad is a highly experienced professional in interior fit-out work especially in the office, F&B, and retail. He successfully advises clients on setting up budgets, and project timeframes, leading due diligent work and providing vital information on the requirements necessary for Abu Dhabi Municipality and Abu Dhabi Civil Defense.
Konrad has provided his detailed knowledge and expertise to a number of companies including Airbus, SNC Lavalin, Ingenia Polymers, Boskalis, Oshkosh Defence, CRRC Corporation, Gulf Marine Services, ECT, and various oil and gas-related companies in the UAE.
