Information Collection
KonAlCo doesn’t collect any kind of personal information when you use our applications.

If you choose to create an account on Help Desk to contact the KonAlCo Support Team, you enter your email address, name, and surname, password, location. This data is not listed publicly. It is saved within the Help Desk program and is used by technical support only to get in touch with you.
